Tim is very accommodating. I have a tight schedule to get my cars serviced. Tim always delivers my cars on time or ahead of time. He also is very good concerning costs. He will always give options for repairs: the bare minimum price and the higher-priced options. With all of the options, he carefully will explain the pros and cons of each. I recently had my Prius serviced. I had asked for a front end alignment. Tim (and his alignment tech) found that the car was perfectly aligned, no need for an alignment. Tim did not charge me. I also had my older Subaru serviced. I explained I only needed to ensure that the car was good for a few more out of town camping trips. Tim inspected and serviced the car. He found many items that could be repaired but did not pose any problems. He explained each possible future repair and included those prices on the invoice in case I do decided to get them repaired. The bill was relatively inexpensive especially compared to the possible repairs. I have been taking my cars to Tim for 8 years. Tim has always treated me and my cars with the utmost respect.

We've been taking both our cars to Diablo Auto Specialists for the past 5 years. The turnaround for car repair/maintenance is quick and service is very reliable. Very happy with Tim (owner) and his team.

Diablo Auto is highly reliable. Unlike some service shops, they don't try to up-sell or over-charge. So I rely on their advice concerning which repairs are necessary to prevent trouble, and which repairs are optional or can be delayed. Tim has also been kind and helpful in keeping track of our vehicles' repair records. He is patient to explain the technicalities in detail. He's gone beyond the call of duty in researching alternative sources of special parts and enhancements.
