These guys are a refreshing surprise in the car repair business. They are always upfront and honest with whatever problems my car has. If I did not totally understand, they took time to show me the issue personally. Tim and Paul have never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. They let me research the problem and ask around for prices from other shops before I commit to their service. But, I have never found a need to go anywhere else. There prices are reasonably low compared to any other repair shop in the area. I brought my car in a couple weeks ago to fix a belt noise. When I returned to pick up the car they said that the belts were under warranty from a previous job they did on the car and I didn't owe them a thing. Typically repair shops make you do your own research, keep your own records, and ask up front. These guys are really in your corner.

Fantastic customer service! I'm a new customer and Paul took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car to me. So not like the local Subaru dealer -who I will not be returning to!! If I need anything done to my car I'll be back. Told my brother tonight so he can take his car there.

Tim and Paul were very helpful when our only vehicle wasn't running well. The price was fair and the work well done. More importantly, my wife, who dropped off and picked up the vehicle, was treated well this is extremely important to her and I, then to top it off, we received a Thank You card from Tim. We'd definitely go to Diablo Auto Specialists again.

Paul, Tim and the team are awesome! I had to get a pre-purchase inspection done on a used car and they went gave me way more than just an inspection report. They took a little longer than expected but I am glad they took the time to thoroughly inspect the car.
